remote assistance problems

I ran remote assistance to help one of my user out and a UAC prompt pop up. I then proceed to put in my domain username/pw and UAC would pop up again. I got fed up and went desk side to help my user. what is going on? we both run vista and rdp is enabled. remote desktop runs perfectly fine but RA is pretty helpful.

I think you need to either disable UAC on the remote PC (using MSCONFIG-->Tools) or u need to Enable the following setting in local security policy-->local policies-->security options-->user account control (on remote PC as well)

Allow UIAccess applications to prompt for elevation without using the secure desktop
