NTbackup, Symantec BackupExec. Acronis makes a nice product as well. Acronis does image based backups."Check both the destination and return path when a route fails." "Switches create a network. Routers connect networks." -

I've been using BackupExec for years and it has never let me down. They even have a certification for it. -

We use backupexec. Depends do you only have one server? two? 40? Commvault is pretty good but that's for higher end users.
