VMware training and certification news - July 22nd

Here's a few items from the world of VMware from the last couple of weeks:

- vSphere version 4.1 released - tons of new and updated features
- VCP exam blueprint updated - reflects 4.1 release
- VCAP-DCA exam blueprint updated - exam tasks will be applicable to 4.0 and 4.1
- vSphere: Install Configure Manage course - changes to 5 days, and will be based on 4.1 release

Good info... looks like I took the exam just in time before 4.1 material is added.

VMware are not adding new items to the exam at this time, but are reviewing existing exam items to ensure they are consistent with the 4.1 release.

Took the exam today and I can confirm that the material has not been updated. Some of the questions I got did not have the right answer as an option from 4.1 only the 4.0 answer.
