wat can Switch do? Vlan, Port aggregation......

hi guys, i'm freshy in networking......currently i got 2 Cisco switch on my hand.... and wat can i play wif these 2 switch?? :P

for example doing port aggregation, vlan, trunking, STP....

my aim is to explore the function on switch...... see wan switches can do, coz i'm noob in netwoking....... btw, guyz do u know any nice networking technical forum / website?
