I checked out the 70-221 a while back and would like to revisit it to finish my MCSE. Does anyone know if it has changed or if it is the same as before.

According to this page, the exam has not changed since 2003.

is there any tips people can give for this exam? things that come up often...is there many questions on subnetting/creating scopes/ or any other things to look for?
