ISO27001 Recommendation / Templates

I'm currently working on a project to implement ISO27001 for a small size company.
is there any sites which will demonstrate on how to implement all clauses?
I need to see a example or template on implementing cluase 4.1,4.2.1 etc..?
I need help on setting up intranet to share documents with others, need to see the looks of intranet view etc..
I'm really stuck on very first few clauses.
Please help me
