Buying a layer 3 switch

I want to buy a Layer 3 switch - as cheap as possible :

I was looking at this :

CISCO WS-C3550-48-SMI 3550 SERIES 48 PORT SWITCH on eBay (end time 19-Aug-10 16:00:31 BST)

Do you think thats a good deal ?

    Not bad a deal for 48 ports, i did purchase two 3550/24/EMI for 400.00 US Dollars..

    I would say that is overpriced for those switches since they are not PoE. I would wait to get a better deal on ebay. Shop with patience. I was able to get 2 of those switches for a tad over $350. HTH.
