I am really struggling with the vSphere Minimums and Maximums, I fear I am getting to old for this 
I think what I need is a quiz/test engine engine where I can plumb in my own questions to test that I can retain these facts and figures.
I need something free (or low cost) that I can then distribute to my colleagues that are also working towards the vSphere 4 exam. I have found Multiple Choice Quiz Generator which outputs in Flash and looks like my best option at the moment.
Does anyone have any other suggestions or recommendations?

I haven't actually used it yet but Welcome to the Mnemosyne Project | The Mnemosyne Project is supposed to be very good.No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives. -

It also has an intelligent algorithm that helps you focus on the items you're struggling with. You can get an app for the iPhone too. At $20, it's the most expensive app I have, but I use it all the time.
