Resume Help - Need help on wording/list in the experience area

I'm working on my resume for two reasons.

1. I need to get it started for the future and
2. I'm going to apply at the information technology services at my college.

I'm working on the experience section right now. I'm having trouble with the wording for one of the things I done. I vouleenter at my high school and help one of my teachers out. Here is what I have listed.

Installing/Replacing hardware
Updating Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, and Ubuntu versions 6.06/6.10/7.04/7.10/8.04
Installing/Uninstalling Programs
Setting up an Ubuntu file sever with security for use in a class room
Cleaning out the computer cases
Moving equipment
Taking inventory of equipment
Helping teachers with computer problems
Teaching the advisor of the tech team about the Ubuntu file sever
Maintaining the computers (hardware/software)

Any help would be appreciated

Sincerely yours;

That's a pretty good start with what you have so far. You may want to be more specific with the technologies you've worked with, but at the same time trying not to be too wordy or redundant. Below is an example of how I'd write it. And notice I like to put everything in past tense even if you're currently working in the role. Also a way to show ownership without using "I".

    * Installed, replaced and maintained all hardware/software components on PC's for our classroom network. Transported and inventoried computer essentials in preparation for deployment.

    * Managed and installed OS update services for computers on a routine basis, which included Windows 7 Ultimate, MAC OS X, and Ubuntu versions 6.06/6.10/7.04/7.10/8.04.

    * Implemented an Ubuntu File Server and designed the security for in-classroom use. And issued instruction to our technical team about specifications on using the Ubuntu File Server

    * Provided hands-on computer support for our school teachers. Being able to skillfully resolve all issues within a timely manner.

I hope this helps. Just be specific and point out only what's relevant to proving you're a good candidate for the job. Although some duties such as "cleaning out computer cases" may be part of your job description, but not needed on your resume. Anyhow, good luck.
