Me and some coworkers at my last job imagined that guy to be our network admin. He openly admitted to me that when he took his MCSE and CCNA tests at a (now defunct) testing center, they would stand behind him and give him all the answers. I used to work at the place he took the tests at, and they were definitely a bunch of sleazebags.
