Is new tshoot exam guide is enough for preparing for tshoot exam.
And does it also include ISCW and ONT course in tshoot.

The TSHOOT exam does not include topics that were covered in the ONT and ISCW tracks other than a couple security items.
By itself, no the TSHOOT book does not contain enough to pass the exam. It is assumed that you have already passed the ROUTE and SWITCH exam. If you have passed those and still remember everything from them, then I would read through the TSHOOT book once and then go take the test.
