Certs' worth - a guide

There are a lot of certs out there, we all know this. I'm curious about the average increase in salary for each. Let's assume that each is independent of one another (you have one cert) for the following part:
Salary: $40k
Experience: 2 years
A+:
Network+:
Server+:
Security+:
Linux+:
MCTS:
MCITP:
MCSE:
MCSA:
CCNA:
CCNP:
CCIP:
CCSP:
CCVP:
CCIE:
CISSP:
JNTCP:
ITIL:
There are others, but this is the list so far. I will add more when people give a more reasonable distribution.
This next part is much more difficult to gauge, but I'm still curious to try. Let's assume that you have 6 for the following part:
THE NUMBERS CHANGED FOR THIS PART!!
Salary: $70k
Experience: 5 years
A+:
Network+:
Server+:
Security+:
Linux+:
MCTS:
MCITP:
MCSE:
MCSA:
CCNA:
CCNP:
CCIP:
CCSP:
CCVP:
CCIE:
CISSP:
JNTCP:
ITIL:
Basically, the top is for beginners, people who are starting out, while the bottom is for people with more experience. So greenhorns like me can see where the most demand is at.
I should also point out that experience is by far the most important thing. Not to mention, changed in the environment (moving from one company to the next, your company getting acquired, gov v. private) says that you aren't complacent.
