Application time...

So I have been contracting here for 4 months now, and I'm now moving to an employee. I have already been given the job by my manager, but I still have to go through the whole formal process. Online application, got a call from HR, so now I have to fill out the real application and go to an interview with HR tomorrow morning.

When I am filling out this resume, how do I answer, "Have you ever worked here before." Technically no, but also yes...

Under "Professional Licenses" is this where I would list certifications? It gives examples of the bar license number, or cpa number. Should I include my MCP and Comptia ID's?

I'm not getting stressed over this interview. My manager wants me in the job, and this guy knows it. I just spoke with him on the phone and he told me that my manager wants to speed this up and get me in there.

Nice bump in salary, paid time off, and $3k/year for education! How cool is that?

Under the "Have you ever worked here" part I'd say yes and then state that I was a contractor.

Under licenses, do not put certifications. They're two different things.

Yes or no check box. They know that I've worked here though. The HR guy called me on my office phone and scheduled the meeting with my office calendar.

My advice, wait til the interview with HR and ask them what to fill in there. Better that than to have whiteout on it or have to fill out a new one.
No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives.

Took about 5 minutes, if that. Gave him the application, ran down the list of things that need to be done. He has to get in touch with my manager, a couple higher ups, and my recruitment place, and could be back to me as early as today, if not monday.

He couldn't give me a solid date on when I would start, but my first day doesn't have to be on an orientation day since I've been working here 4 months and I'm familiar with the building. So maybe sometime next week??
