Today I stared Security+ in the face and I won.. 860 *pow* lol. Seriously, I finally decided to go take the test and it turned out well.

I would like to thank:

*God
*My wife for letting me study, not complaining, and getting the kids out the room
*Western Governors University for paying for it..lol
*Darril Gibson for writing such an awesome book and making the Kindle price $10 when I was down to $15 and
*Techexams.net for just being here icon_thumright.gif

***I'll add you can Capitalize the word 'I' to show a little respect for yourself too.

    'i' before 'e' except after 'c'.... weird?

    Congratulations! Great score too..

I just finished Darril's book and have already watched the cbt nugget video series. Now going to use this week to go over everything and hit weak areas. I may schedule it for this Friday, the 20th, but we'll see. Either way, soon.. Can't wait!
    Studying CCNP Route

Currently compiling my own home lab. I never knew scouring ebay for routers, switches, and modules could be so much fun!

Advice? Just relax. I read the book from front to back making sure I understood all concepts explained and took thorough notes. Day of the test, I read the notes for about an hours and then chilled out and relax before getting ready to leave. If you know and understand the concepts, the test is a breeze..
