Dosent mention NT. The notes seem to cover most things you need to know for the N+ exam does it not?

When I was studying for Network+ I too found a site still available for Network essentials. Network Essentials was a M$ exam which is now retired. However, the info is excellent for Network+ study. But, although I'm not sure when it was retired, some of the material might be outdated, but info on media, devices, IP adresses, and other things never go out of date.

I'd go ahead and use it, just be sure that you have an up to date guide of some kind too. Besides, you can't learn too much, because the extra will just fall over into knowledge needed for use on the job or for a different cert somewhere along the way!
