What should be in my budget?

I am seeking ideas for things I haven't thought of yet. I am sure almost all of it will get cut, but it is fun to dream! We support 5 offices, around 400 people. We are an IBM i5/os and windows shop. Thats all you get. Go!

Seconded, the way this works is you add about $20,000 to travel budget and call these expenses "cab rides". Yes, a cab ride to Kinko's in New York can cost $3,000... all in ones.
