What are you using GMail, Yahoo, Hotmail?

There is usually an 'Attach' button then 'Browse' to find the document you need then 'Open' and finally an 'Upload' button.

Best guess, since I don't know what you are using.

Or do you mean for this forum?

Sorry didn't mean to sound condescending. Use the Insert Link button under the Smiley face and choose file from the drop down box and then put the URL in.

New forum members don't get full forum privileges (like Private Messaging) as a means of cutting down on SPAM. If you don't see the Manage Attachment button in the Attach Files section of the Additional Options Area below when creating a Post (or Reply) then you don't have full forum privileges yet.

You can eMail

and convince him that you're not a SPAMB0T and/or Spammer/Dumper/Warez Fan and see if you can get out of the forum noob group. There should be some information in the Welcome eMail you received when you registered that should point you in the right direction.

Since you reached the magic post threshold today you would have been promoted to the fully functional member group tonight automatically, but, I just did it manually so you should be able to attach files now.

I think he has some kind of alert which goes off whenever you use the webmaster icon.

That would actually be a nice feature to have but no unfortunately it doesn't work like that.
