OK, I confess, I do have one certification. I am an ACIA - Arcsight Certified Integrator/Administrator. But it's awarded for attending the class. Woot. And while it's a fine skill to have, my interests lay elsewhere.

There is usually an 'Attach' button then 'Browse' to find the document you need then 'Open' and finally an 'Upload' button.
Best guess, since I don't know what you are using.

If you don't see the Manage Attachment button in the Attach Files section of the Additional Options Area below when creating a Post (or Reply) then you don't have full forum privileges yet.
You can eMail and convince him that you're not a SPAMB0T and/or Spammer/Dumper/Warez Fan and see if you can get out of the forum noob group. There should be some information in the Welcome eMail you received when you registered that should point you in the right direction.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -
