Master Planner: Fred Brooks Shows How to Design Anything | Magazine and interesting article from the guy who wrote this book. One of the pioneers of the computer age.
He wrote it 35 years back an although at the time it was aimed at programmers it is just as relevant to any one in IT ( Or indeed buisness)
I strongly suggest any one interesting in getting in to the top level of IT, has a read of it.
As for his new book (The Design of Design) I will be getting a copy of that soon to, any one else had a chance to read it yet?
