I am setting up a lab, what are the IOS versions that i am supposed to be using?

Router:
1700
2811
1841

Switches:
2950
3550

And where can I get the most updated versions?

If you have a high enough priority account, you can use cisco's software advisor (found here: Support Tools & Resources - Cisco Systems) to navigate your way through the process for each of those routers and switches.

Otherwise, you should look up the white pages from cisco on each specific device, and to get the IOS you will need to have a high enough account on the cisco website unless you can get them by another legal means.
