I'm working on a CentOS install of Opsview and the issue I am having is that the hosts/host groups are not showing up on the Nagios side, but appear in the Opsview interface.
Any suggestions of where to start?
I used opsview3.8:centos-installation - Opsview Documentation as the set up guide.

You could try migrating this way, the interface for OPSview is so much better once you have it working (it's also a doddle if you switch to Debian). We responded to the Year 2000 issue with "Y2K" solutions...isn't this the kind of thinking that got us into trouble in the first place?
