Question about the MCSA

I just passed the 70-291, and have already completed the 70-290, 70-640, and Security+ which meets all the requirements for the MCSA.
Do I need to do anything to join all those exams together to show that I'm an MCSA or will Microsoft automatically figure that out? I'm pretty sure I already added the Sec+ to my MS profile so I should be good there.
Thanks in advance.
