Outlook TASKS issue

One user on my network is
experiencing the following issue when
trying to create a New Task:

"Can't open this item. The property does not exist. The field you want
to modify is not valid for this type of item."

This happens in any Outlook 2007). Even
opening the users mailbox from another users inbox and trying to view
the task request gives the error.

We have tried setting Outlook as the default editor as opposed to
Word. We have tried moving the users mailbox to another server and the
error still appears.

But if the user experiencing the issue assigns a task to someone else
they do not have the problem.

Please help with this issue, have no idea how to fix it.
