Yeah kinda, MPLS is the way to go these days though. I see a lot of places use Frame Relay to get into the MPLS cloud. As far as Cisco exams go, you'll see Frame Relay everywhere. -

Some sites still use ATM links. Frame relay is still around, though it's a dying breed. Several providers are actively refusing to renew contracts on frame relay circuits, but those contracts still have some life left in them (quite a few circuit contracts extend for 10+ years). And you still need to know it if you have CCIE aspirations.
