Ids/ips/sim/siem

So I am shopping around for an IDS/IPS for my company. We have about 77 desktops, 20 servers or so, blackberries, droids, laptops and so on. I am looking for a NIDS as well as HIDS, centralized management, killer alerting, and most importantly something that is going to be hipaa compliant so I need to be able to encrypt the logs and so on. I am thinking about a sourcefire device but Alienvault is looking great as well. I'd like to know what you guys use if you don't mind...
