So here is question. Network World had this article today about the 3 certifications that are really strong right now:

RHCSS
Comptia Security+
GSEC

Red Hat tops list of hottest IT security certifications

My question is with all this hype about the RHCSS...how many people do you really know that hold this certification? Aside from the "official training" I can't find jack on this cert (no books, no study guides, nothing).

hmm GSEC is on the list. Interesting. I have plans to do that next year. I wonder why GCUX is not on the list. You think that it would be on there if linux security is becoming "hot". You have plans to do the RHCSS next year right?
