LAB topology

Hi,
i have the following hardware and i dont know what topology i should build for my CCNA-V / CCVP Lab. Best should be a "real worl" scenario.
4x 2950 Switches
1x 2970 Switch
2x 2610 XM Router 256/48 RAM (Both with WIC-1T and the second with another WIC-2T Card)
1x 1721 Router
1x 836 Router
1x CUCM 7
2x IP Phone 7940
At the moment i`m waiting for my Skeletek 16 HE Rack (yeah ) And think about the topology. I think about a frame relay switch for the routers? What you think, which one should i buy or don`t i need a FR switch ? And is there some other essential hardware which i should use?
If some one make a common visio sheet that would e great and i`m very thankful.
I`m very excited and can`t wait to build the lab with the skeletek rack but for that i want all the needed stuff at home before the rack comes.
Looking forward to read from yours.
Bye

You may want to consider getting more phones after your CCNA-V gets passed. If you look at one of the stickies by pitviper at the top of this section you will see his CCVP lab, which is seriously huge. It makes my lab look tiny, and your lab look tiny. That being said, I think it is possible to practice all of the parts of the exam without going that big. However, it would certainly help. If you want enterprise emulation, look at his lab.Currently PursuingWGU (BS in IT Network Administration) - 52%| CCIE:Voice Written - 0% (0/200 Hours)mikej412 wrote:Cisco Networking isn't just a job, it's a Lifestyle. -

I wouldn't go out of my way to setup frame relay, but theres no problem with it. Maybe to practice FRTS/QoS, but it otherwise doesn't matter if its there. A lot vendors use it but only because they can change the topology easier without physically touching it. Our "wan" is really no different than the LAN, just a slightly smaller pipe
It also wouldn't hurt to build a 2nd CUCM if you can. -

I`m very new to cisco voice, so it should be better to start with IIUC instead of CVOICE right? It is one more exam but i think it teaches better..... -
