Career help and advice on next step in the UK IT market

Hi there,
I would like to have an advice please regarding career progress and jobs in the market .
I have done my CompTIA A+ and CCNA and enjoyed it very much and got 6 months work experience in a hosting company in London and now seeking next step in UK IT market
I m not sure If it s ralastic to look for a job in the market or do another course to top up my skilss .
Also and in terms of employment I have to decide to choos one of 2 paths , : Cisco ( CCNA security , CCNP or even CCSP)
2-Micosoft path ( MCITP )
I need sombody to advise me as I dont want to take one these paths ending up with disappointment in jobs hunting
