What is the exam path to get the MCSA: Security cert?

Either of these:
270, 620, or 680
MCSA Core Exams
290 and 291
Security exam
70-299
Those and your Security+ will get you the MCSA Security.

Rob, don't you still need an elective above? Or does the 299 count as that.
If you decide to go MCSE:S, you need the above plus the 293,294, and 298 (298 is 99% the same info as the 299). You also then need a second security certification (I'm using Security+)
