putting windows on to a flash drive...

can any one give me some qucik tips onto how I can have Windows on an unattented USB pen so I can uses this for my install deployments. I want to stop using XP CDs and quick ways to do this.

I know you can do it via Diskpart (in terms of copying the files to the drive and making it a "windows DVD" usb drive).

This is for Windows 7 but it should be the same for XP:

The unattended part you might have to look into though (shot in the dark: edit the autorun.ini?, I'm not much of an MS guy haha)

MS does not support loading XP from a removable drive. Although windows 7 is, and it works pretty well.

Looks like you can get XP on a usb flash pen ready to deploy see video on how to here

MS doesn't support it, doesn't mean it can't be done. Besides, what are people doing still loading XP?
