router on the stick help pls

Hi I have a task , where the router on the stick has been used. I have a 2 router and a topology that below you'll find. The problem is that Two routers in my Cisco Academy task have interfaces to the same subnet and Pc 2 and 3 Can't Ping icon_sad.gif any advice will be appreciate.[IMG][/img]3k91S.jpg
