Tips???

I recently bought the Sybex MCSA/MCSE Windows XP Professional Study Guide 2nd edition. Wondering if there are any tips you all can give me to help out passing the test? I am A+ and Net+ certified. I hope to pass the 70-270 first try. Never have taken a Microsoft Cert test though. What should I expect? Thanks for any input.
