On page 98 of my copy of the watkins/wallace book, it has this example of setting up enhanced support for virtual logins:
I understand all the commands fine. What I find amusing (or perhaps don't get?) Is how the first command (block-for) can ever be proc'd within the presence of the 3rd command.
With a delay of 3 seconds between login attempts, that only gives login windows at 0, 3, 6 and 9 seconds within any 10-second splice doesn't it? (assuming an immediate failure as each window opens and there wasn't a failure at -1 or -2 seconds from the start of the splice)
login block-for 30 attempts 5 within 10
login quiet-mode access-class 101
login delay 3
login on failure log
login on-success log
