Just phoned Lenovo Thinkpat support

Me :” Laptop keeps switching itself off running on either the powerlead alone or just the battery”
She :”Maybe its the powerlead”
Me :”Like I say – it also happens running on battery”
She :”Have you tried a different keyboard”
Me :”As in plugging in a USB keyboard?”
She :”No, changing the keyboard of the laptop”
Me :”Errr .. sorry, don’t have spare parts lying around here”
She :”We will send this to the workshop to have the keyboard replaced”

Don't you love 'em ?

So "funny" - I got an email with a tracking link for the status of my "repair" but never received any details where to send the laptop in the first place. ..

Second call revealed that their system respoonsible for that, was, and still is, down all day .. Not that Mrs. "change yea keyboard" could have told me that ...
