She :”Maybe its the powerlead”
Me :”Like I say – it also happens running on battery”
She :”Have you tried a different keyboard”
Me :”As in plugging in a USB keyboard?”
She :”No, changing the keyboard of the laptop”
Me :”Errr .. sorry, don’t have spare parts lying around here”
She :”We will send this to the workshop to have the keyboard replaced”

Sounds like she works on the helldesk here....if I say something that can be taken one of two ways and one of them offends, I usually mean the other one :-) -

So "funny" - I got an email with a tracking link for the status of my "repair" but never received any details where to send the laptop in the first place. ..
Second call revealed that their system respoonsible for that, was, and still is, down all day .. Not that Mrs. "change yea keyboard" could have told me that ...My own knowledge base made public: http://open902.com
