Windows 7 and Vista lab problem

Hey guys,
I am not sure if I can post this question in this section.
I setup a virtual lab for my MS certs. I am currently working on 70-680. I installed VirtualBox and installed my 7 x64, Vista x64 and Vistax86 on VB.
On the host machine, I have setup a loopback adapter with an IP add of 10.1.1.1/24, and no default-gateway.
The guest OSes have IP addresses of 10.1.1.2/24(Win7 x64), 10.1.1.3/24(Vista x64), and 10.1.1.4/24(Vista x86).
I can ping the loopback adapter(10.1.1.1/24), but the ping from guest OS to guest OS fails.
Any idea why?
EDIT:
My mistake I haven't fixed it yet. I thought I did.
Thanks
