Question about wireless card configuration in BT4

Does anybody know of GUI WLAN configuration utility in BT4? I figured out how to do it by the command line but it's a PITA, especially if it looses connection with the router it doesn't seem to try to reconnect.

Uhhh no. Sorry when using tools of this nature you are going to have to get used to using Cmd Line for everything. That being said what is happening that is causing you to have to reconfigure your Wireless because it looses connection with the router? Also why are you loosing connection to the router?

I have no idea. The host machine, Windows 7 does not have any dropped connectivity issues with the router.

Doesn't BackTrack4 used wicd? Try typing wic[tab] at the command line. There is a gui client to wicd that's really easy to use.

I tried running wicd from the menu but it did not load, I'll try running it from the cmd line.

UPDATE: Nope, it didn't work.

I looked under the wicd directory and all I see is wicd.pid.
