Can I a 2650Xm as A terminal Server with a NM-8/A module?

    I doubt it

    If I were you I'd get a 2511

    It will let you console into 16 different devices if you set it up right

    NM-8A or NM-8A/S? I've never seen a NM-8A but there are NM-16A and NM-32A.

    You can do regular RS232 serial with a NM-8A/S but the socket is going to be a DB60 so you'll need to find/make a cable that goes from that to a RJ45 which I doubt is going to be easy to find. You'll probably have to use several cables together to get it to work.

    It is possible but lots of work. Go find a 2509, 2511, NM-16A or NM-32A or something that isn't Cisco.
