Test of FXS&FXO OF PDH SYSTEM

Dear sirs
i have 5 pdh systems with FXS&FXO used to connect 2-wire phone the pdh connected with SDH systms and then to the fiber from .
the fiber optic is the connected media between 5 SDH .
MY QUSTION IS HOW TO TEST FXO&FXS ( VOICE CHANNELS) THROUGH FIBER OPTIC CABLE.
i need technical procedure to test all channels connected between all pdh,s.
the eralist repponse will be highlly appriciated.
