    Looks like the Logitech one, useful for large or arthritic hands. I have seen them at the Fry's chain of geek stores before. If you need it; it makes life better I am told.

    I actually wouldn't mind one - I had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists when I was 21 (almost 10 years ago) and my wrist gets sore from the pressure of resting on the edge of my desk by the end of the day.
