I passed N+, scored 796. Questions were rough in the beginning. What exam should I do next? CCNA?

Depends on what you do now and plan to do in the future. Do you currently work in IT? Did the stuff you were studying really spark your interest?
If you're not working in IT yet you may want to get the A+ as that seems to be a requirement for a lot of entry level jobs.No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives. -
