I failed twice before because the first time I was completely unprepared and the second time I was a little more prepared, but not enough. I also psyched myself out. I'm a self study, and it took me a while to develope good study habits.
On the exam I got a lot of questions related to CMOS, network cabling, and SCSI.
I originally used an A+ For Dummies book, but I didn't feel like it much. I purchased Simulation Exams software for practice exams, which I also didn't think was too great. I found this site about a month ago and studied all of the technotes, they prepared me pretty well for the exam, so the technotes are what I would reccomend to anyone looking to brush up on the material before the exam.CompTIA A+ Certified - July 5th, 2005 -
