Buying Ebooks.

Where do you guys buy your IT ebooks?

So far I get my ebooks from the CD which came with my text book that I bought. However, the new Cisco books, and some other text books don't come with CD's anymore.

Also, since some IT text books come with practice exam on CD, if I buy the ebook version, would I be able to download the CD content?

The price difference between text book and ebook is not really big. The Kindle price is sometimes $3 cheaper compare to its text book version.

The missing CD content is why I don't understand the small price discrepancy between print and kindle versions. I think it would be too hard for them to copy protect the cd content to just let you download it if you buy the ebook.
The missing eversions of books you used to get with the print versions is so the publishers can cash in if you want the convenience of the eversion.
