QHalo
Been learning some App-V/MED-V stuff and will be heavy into it very soon. Thus far it's really cool stuff. As far as text goes, no there are not any books that cover the entire suite that I've found but you can surely find books and material on the sub-areas. I have 3-4 App-V/MED-V books.

Try these:

I have deployed App-V and MED-V environments for a couple of customers. MED-V is great for legacy app remediation on Windows 7. App-V is great on its own, but it opens up all kinds of possibilities when paired with technology like

App-V and MED-V are both covered in Mastering Microsoft Virtualization. I like the App-V coverage since it actually covers App-V and not SoftGrid like various outdated books.

Thanks guys. Not sure why but my boss asked me if I had the MDOP cert. I took it as a hint. Couldn't hurt to spin up on it. I have sorta been using it now for a month. Kinda cool.
