Advice on external HDD

I'm planning to get an external USB HDD for use with my clients. Mostly for use backing up their stuff if I have to do a reimage. Nothing big and actually I was looking at Newegg.com - iomega eGo 320GB USB 2.0 Midnight Blue Portable Hard Drive with Protection Suite 34892 . I like the looks and hear they're pretty good for the price.
Since I'm going to use it to B/U customers stuff would the included utility be enough or should I look at a different B/U utility.
