WSUS Offline Updates

I'm setting up a WSUS in my environment to update a ton of clients. The problem is we are on a private LAN with no access to the internet. What I would like to do is download the updates on a machine connected to the internet, burn the updates to disc and place the updates in the WSUS Content Directory and make them available for downloading on the private LAN... In a previous job I was able to accomplish this, but its been so long that I cannot remember! Does anyone have any insight and/or tips they can offer? Thanks in advanced!
