in CCNP
standby router or virtual router also allowing udp packets.so at the destination i am getting duplicate packet.how to avoid duplicate packet?

Not quite sure what you mean by duplicate packets.. HSRP and VRRP don't load balance. (I know you can load balance different VLANS), but you would still only have one gateway mac you are sending to. Which is the case with HSRP VRRP GLBP. -
