Just wacked an OCZ 4Gig PD into my lappy on readyboost, cant see any difference tbh

is it only the lower memory laptops that need it cos i already have 2 gig memory on my laptop

I have a 4 gig laptop and I see an improvement when I'm using something like visual studio but i have a bad habit of leaving a lot of things running I don't need like virtual machine(s).

I've seen a difference on my laptop (4GB w/4GB MicroSD) but not really on my main Desktop (16GB w/16GB USB).

I didn't notice a difference, never ran any benchmark testing though. The only time you will notice anything is when your RAM is full and you are relying on the page file. Which really doesn't happen unless you are gaming or something. Even 2 gigs is plenty for general usage.
