Are there any other good resources (besides cisco's website) out there besides the cisco press exam cert guide for this test? What did you use to study for this test?

    Cisco Press's Cisco Internetwork Troubleshooting - slightly different from the CIT Exam Certification Guide.

    Also recommended is Sybex's CIT Study Guide.

    You can also purchase practice exams. Stick with well-known, respected vendors.

    I would highly recommend practice with either a real router or, at the very least, a router simulator.
