Name Servers Tab and Zone Transfers

Help me understand this to apply on the 70-640. The name servers tab is where you put your primary and secondary name servers. Right?

Our ISP says to add 2 servers to the Name Servers tab. Then alow zone transfers to other servers that are not on the name servers tab.

So what is the point adding those servers to the Name servers tab and allowing transfers to different servers?

If You Want Qwest Name Servers as Authoritative SECONDARY to YOUR Primary:

Primary Hostname: (CUSTOMER Nameserver) IP Address: (Its IP address)
Secondary Hostname: AUTHNS1.QWEST.NET IP Address: 63.150.72.4
Secondary Hostname: AUTHNS2.QWEST.NET IP Address: 208.44.130.120

NOTE: In your domain configuration file, you must "allow-transfer" to at least one of the following servers:
HLR-SNS-01.INET.QWEST.NET / 216.111.65.217
DVR-SNS-01.INET.QWEST.NET / 205.171.16.250
DCA-SNS-01.INET.QWEST.NET / 205.171.9.241
MIN-SNS-01.INET.QWEST.NET / 63.231.205.1
