Well I passed the exam today, wasn't pretty (got a 776), but its a pass and I get the life-time certification status yay!!

As far as tips go, I would just recommend studying the entire contents of your study guide (front to back), because the exam doesn't really focus on any specific area. I hit the port numbers, PKCS Standards, and Algorithms really hard and there was BARELY any questions pertaining to them!!

Basically, just take as many practice test as you can, and make sure you know all the basics and you should be fine.

I would also have to agree with the other posts throughout the forums about the actual quality of the questions in the exam. They are POORLY written and some are very vague (almost to the point of not knowing what they are actually asking), but in the end with some basic knowledge and common sense you should prevail!:D
