Resume Question

I have been in IT for 13 years but I end my resume at 9 years to keep it clean and gap free. Should I include the older job experience or just leave it as is? I really don't like going over 2 pages and I'm at that now. The experience was with the Army but not my MOS (job) and of course being a Vet is listed on my resume.
